FYNGO is an insurance broker licensed under § 34d of the German Trade Regulation Act, based near Heidelberg. We are not bound to any single insurer. We help you find cover that fits, we keep your contracts in order, and we stay with the case when something happens.

We find the cover
More than 150 insurers, and we are not bound to any one of them. What fits is decided by comparison, not by a sales target.
We keep it in order
Your policies in one place, documents filed, deadlines watched. When a letter from an insurer needs an answer, you hear it from us first.
We stay when it counts
A claim is where insurance is decided. We file it, we follow up with the insurer on a fixed schedule and we check every decision — where there is a good case, we object.
Service you can hold us to.
Most brokers promise to be there for you. We write down what that means. safe+ costs nothing and is included for every client — and when you have a claim, we fight for you with the insurer. If you want more, add modules one at a time: contract care, priority and claims. All three together are complete+, every module runs for six months at first and can then be cancelled monthly.
That response time is not an acknowledgement of receipt. It is a real answer with substance — a reply, a question back, an assessment, or an appointment.
Where we stop.
We are insurance brokers and we stay insurance brokers. We do not give legal or tax advice. For those questions we hand you over to a law firm and a tax adviser we picked ourselves and have worked with for years — with the context, not just your name. They are separate firms and they are liable for their own advice. You are never obliged to use them.
